Done is one of the best task tracker and managers. Say goodbye to the old complicated todo list apps. Done is simple, easy to use. It also integrates seamlessly with your Apple Watch. First, you can organize your tasks by project, and view them by dates, importance and more. Swipe left in the project view to create a new project. You can set a title, date, and location. Once the project is created, you can add events (tasks) by simply swipe down on the screen. Similarly, you can set a title, date, and reminder. You will receive a notification when an event is due, so you won’t miss anything.

The today view will give you a simple summary of the day. At the top, you will see the first event of your day and how many events you have completed today. By swiping left, you can switch from a list to a timeline. The timeline gives you a visual idea of your day. If you want to create a new event just firmly press the screen, the menu will automatically pop up.

Calendar is another great feature of Done. You can see the dates, amount of events per day at a glance. You can swipe up on the calendar to view a list of events on a specific day. Also, a red dot will appear below t​he date if there is an event on that day. Now you can see a month worth of planning with ease. You can also firmly press on the screen to create a new event. There are so much more you can do with Calendar.

Last but not least, we created done to make your life easier, simpler. No more stressing out about the things on the back of your mind. So, we introduced productivity analysis*, which display a graph of your productivity percentage for the past ten days.
